• Medtrack is a Transocean sponsored program of periodical, thorough medical examinations for all employees assigned and/or frequently traveling overseas. The program is primarily designed to highlight possible pre-existing conditions and therefore prevent a sudden deterioration during the overseas deployment. This program directly benefits employees as it gives the necessary heads-up whenever a medical issue is detected. 
• The program is a unique, proactive tool the combines the medical examination with a form of active medical coaching whenever a medical issue has been identified.

Medical results are provided on-line through a service website available only to each employee and the Medical Provider in charge of Transocean Medical Assistance at the worldwide level.

Immunizations and Malaria Control Plan

• Medtrack visits also allow updating of necessary immunizations and determining the most appropriate options for malaria prevention, whenever necessary. 
• The Company Malaria Control Plan in relevant locations reinforces employees’ awareness, in addition to providing preventive medications and dedicated malaria survival kits.

• Transocean has developed a unique working partnership with recognized medical providers to ensure a dedicated round-the-clock guidance and support line to the offshore installation medical personnel, anytime, anywhere to respond to any routine or emergency situations.

• Transocean personnel have contracted the leading Medical Assistance Company to provide necessary medical assistance and expertise “anywhere, anytime”.
• One of the most important and spectacular feature of this service includes the capability to mobilize a fully equipped and staffed air ambulance to evacuate a critical patient from a very remote location to the nearest medical center of excellence and dispatching highly skilled medical personnel to escort a patient on commercial flights.

Healthy Lifestyles

• Healthy Lifestyle at Transocean is a periodical newsletter that stresses the importance of preventive measures for a healthier life.
• The newsletter provides our employees with health information, tips and directions, including useful references and resources.
• The intent is to provide an eye–opener and a way to start taking proactive steps on a daily basis and, even more ambitiously, setting objectives and monitoring progress.
