Safety Leadership Foundation (SLF) is a two-day workshop which serves as a foundation for our safety culture. The SLF is to designed to develop a clear understanding of company expectations and build consistency in the safety processes across our fleet.
In SLF we affirm our belief that the Safety Vision of "An Incident-Free Workplace, All the Time, Everywhere" is achievable and agree on how we’re going to achieve it.
SLF helps build safety awareness, knowledge and skill and delivers a consistent company message directly to our offshore personnel, in a team workshop environment.
SLF also lays the foundation for getting all of our people to understand and become Safety Leaders, not some of the time, but all of the time and progress toward the Safety Vision.
Closely aligned with the content of our Safety Leadership Training (SLT) and Master Class, SLF is focused on the practical learning approach of our safety culture. SLT is the training tool used throughout the company to teach and re-enforce the correct use of the safety tools. The Master Class provides greater insight into the SLT content for senior personnel.
